CenterPoint Energy Residential and Small Commercial SOP - Project Sponsors
The Residential and Small Commercial Program provides incentives for the installation of a wide range of energy efficiency measures for single family, multi-family, small commercial and manufactured housing. Small commercial is defined as a retail commercial customer with a maximum demand that does not exceed 250 kW.

Large Projects:
Oct. 24, 2007: Begin filling out applications for Residential and Small Commercial SOP Large Projects.
Oct. 31, 2007 at 10:30 AM CST: Submit applications for Large Projects for Residential and Small Commercial SOP.
Small Projects:
Oct. 24, 2007: Begin filling out applications for Residential and Small Commercial SOP Small Projects.
Nov. 27, 2007 at 10:30 AM CST: Submit applications for Small Projects for Residential and Small Commercial SOP.
Reservation of funds will not be available until after Jan. 2, 2008 and upon application approval.

Potential 2008 Project Sponsors: Each company which includes duct efficiency as a measure in the Residential and Standard Offer Programs may be required to employ at least one certified HERS rater. A copy of that certification may be required in order to participate as a duct efficiency program sponsor.
NOTICE: Instead of emailing or faxing schedules, please use the Work Schedule feature built into the online database system. The project sponsors can enter their work schedule using this database feature and the utility can view all work schedules via the database.
